Total is 27 machines, producing gear from module 1 to 6, processing flat gear, grinding gear, spline have standard quality JIS3. Processing from small order to mass order. Operation have auto loader without human.

NC旋盤

Process shape of gear before processing gear. Using 15 lathe machines with robot loader. Specially, using 2 ways lathe machine in order to process 2 heads of each products in the same time.
